Enough: A Sacred Weekend of Rest and Return
A silent retreat for Black Christian women led by Rev. Dr. Patrice Gerideau
This isn’t just a silent retreat. It’s a sacred pause—a time of rest, reflection, and reconnection for Black Christian women in the DC Metro area.
Many of us are holding families, ministries, workplaces, and communities together on sheer strength and spiritual grit. We don’t need more information—we need transformation.
We need space to:
- Lay down the mask of strength we’ve been conditioned to wear
- Hear God’s voice speak to us, not just through us
- Rest without the pressure to perform, produce, or prove anything
- Reconnect with the truth that we are beloved daughters, not just tireless doers
This retreat is especially designed for Black Christian women who carry the cultural, spiritual, and social expectations of being the strong backbone of the church and home. It invites us to come away with Jesus—not to work, fix, or serve, but to be seen, held, and renewed.

Why Attend?
This is an investment in the spiritual restoration of the women who serve, lead, and carry so much. It offers rest—but more importantly, it offers a return to the God who calls you enough.
