Conflict doesn’t have to end in disconnection, dissociation, or you melting down. The Enneagram shows us the predictable ways we each get hooked in conflict- and it also reveals the path out.

In this workshop, you’ll discover your Enneagram conflict style and learn how to shift it using a somatic tools. Together we’ll explore:

  • True nervous system regulation and how to move out of dysregulation when in conflict
  • The default conflict path of each Enneagram type
  • The somatic “tell” that signals you’re about to spiral so you can stop and resource
  • Practical body-based tools to reset in the moment so you don’t lose yourself and so that you can stay presenct and in influence even when a partner, child, or parent is spiraling or lashing out in their own conflict response
  • How to move from reactivity to repair-building trust and even deeper connection instead of walls or- how to build boundaries when appropriate

You’ll leave with powerful tools for understanding how fight, flight, freeze, fawn, and flow show up in you and in others. You can use thee tools anytime conflict arises- whether personal or professional.
