2.5 CEs - This training will enable supervisors to enhance feedback skills, foster reflective practice with supervisees, and learn to deliver constructive, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed observations to help supervisees assess their work and integrate feedback effectively. Through experientials, attendees will deepen their supervisor identity and approach to support professional growth and ethical practice.
