James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Anthony celebrates his love for vegetables with his latest cookbook, filled with more than 140 recipes and techniques, detailed illustrations, and stunning photography. Written for the home cook, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, the book is both accessible and innovative.

Enlightened Eaters is an educationally minded series of readings, workshops, discussions, and other programs focusing on health, nutrition, sustainability, and environmental issues. There is no charge to attend, but RSVPs are required. Snacks and refreshments will be provided by the Natural Gourmet Institute, and copies of the book will be available for purchase.
