Please come with the expectation of healing or breaking barriers within your own self. The only speaking will be during the beginning and the end where we discuss the intentions you are setting for this experience and messages that came through during the process.

Plan on laying down during this experience. There will be no touching during the healing.

An eye mask or covering is recommended as well as a small pillow or light blanket.
