Charlotte friends, are you ready to thrive—not just survive? Janelle Fleck with Returning to You will be leading an immersive Energy Healing Workshop. This immersive Energy Healing Workshop helps you release burnout, realign your focus, and reconnect with your natural flow. Come play and learn in a cozy and inviting group setting, hosted by The Daily Ritual Grounded Coffee House. Through this workshop you will learn simple, science-meets-spirit techniques to elevate your energy, sharpen your clarity, and cultivate calm confidence in work and life. You will also learn about other services offered by Returning To You and have the opportunity to create some new grounded connections!

Offerings will include:
Guided energy alignment meditation
Inner child healing to release old emotional imprints through gentle visualization and mindfulness
Hands on reiki to practice how to give and receive energy in a group setting
Physical/ sensory grounding techniques for self-regulating on the go
Sound healing integration to experience immersive soothing frequencies that harmonize the mind and body
Reflection and journaling time to capture insights, sensations, and messages from the higher self

Cost: $50 pp ( included will be a swag bag with some goodies including a journal, sensory supports, and a 10% off Daily Ritual Coffees before the event)
