Each participant’s journey is unique — some may feel waves of bliss, tingling, emotional release, or spontaneous movement; others simply rest in stillness while subtle activation unfolds within.

You don’t need to know how to “do” anything.
Simply come as you are and allow the energy to work with you in the perfect way for your system.
