About this event

Energetic Realignment is a 3-part, in-person experiential workshop series for people who want to deepen their connection to themselves in a real, grounded way.

Through guided movement, breathwork, and reflection, you'll explore tools to strengthen self-awareness and intuition. You’ll leave each session with more clarity, focus, and presence. No experience is needed – just a willingness to slow down, listen in, and try something new.

Attend all three workshops or join for the ones that feel most interesting. Each session stands on its own and also complements the others.
