Each gathering is unique — but we always focus on increasing our energy! Join us in disucssing setting boundaries and building confidence to do so! Some times it is challening to say no or set a personal bounrdary, but if it makes you feel better, than it is worth it!

What to expect:

• A supportive community space of women
• Reflection and gratitude exercises
• Discussions on joy, self-love, and being present
• Gentle practices to recharge and realign your energy
• Ending with a soothing reiki-infused sound bath to facilitate integration
