The CASA of Ohio Valley Board of Directors invites other (Family and Child Service) NonProfit Boards and Directors to attend this free training opportunity! The event is scheduled shortly after the New Year begins so that new members can also attend and make strategic planning the most effective!

Several organizations recruit and share Board Members from within our community. While each organization has distinct missions, values and goals, we share the common desire to positively impact our community. Often Board Members state they have a passion for a mission, but lack the tools they need to be effective leaders for the organizations they serve. Understanding the roles and responsibilities of Board members, as well as the relationship to the program Director is essential to creating a dynamic and impactful organization!
