About the instructor:

Melissa Diehl is a lifelong lover of music and movement, with a background as a trained dancer and over 15 years of professional experience in the wellness space. Her journey has evolved into a holistic, heart-centered approach that invites deep inner connection, transformation, and embodied presence.

An
internationally trained and certified 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher
(RYT-500), Melissa uses mantra, mudra, pranayama, and devotional practice to
guide students toward compassionate self-awareness and liberation. 

In addition to yoga, Melissa is a seasoned barre and Pilates instructor.
She was honored as one of Austin’s best barre instructors by StudioHop in 2019
while teaching at Barre3 Austin – Downtown. Her teaching style is grounding,
engaging and empowering. Her classes are known for being both challenging and
calming — always meeting clients where they are.
