• Those living or registered with a GP in Bexley, Bromley or Greenwich
• Individuals with learning disabilities
• Those that care or support individuals with learning disabilities
• Healthcare professionals
• Organisations and services that support or interact with those with learning disabilities

What will happen during the event?

• Some information will be shared about Enable's Learning Disbailities Weight Management service

• We will take part in a nutrition and diet related activity
• Next there will be a break from listening and speaking and we can get up, taking part in some gentle movement
• Informaiton will be shared about accessing the Enable's Learning Disbailities Weight Management service across Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich
• There will be opportunties for asking questions and sharing feedback
