Dallas is the co-founder of Impact-Ed. He holds a Master’s degree in education and worked in the public school system as on Educator, Coach, and Mental Health Specialist. In 2020, he stepped fully into his mission to equip leaders, athletes, and teams with the mindset, skillset, and toolset to grow with purpose and perform at a high level, on and off the field.

As a husband, father of four, educator, and purpose-driven entrepreneur, Dallas is committed to helping others master the mental game and thrive where it matters most.
