Empowerment Flow is a revolutionary vinyasa experience that weaves together dynamic movement, breathwork, journaling, and guided self-inquiry to unlock the wisdom already living inside you. In just two hours, you'll move through a practice that has been described as "months of therapy combined into one session."

This inquiry-based process invites you to engage your total physical, emotional, and spiritual intelligence. It provides a safe space to explore both your known and unknown blockages and talents from a loving empowered presence. The work can and will catalyze change—and change can be both wonderful and uncomfortable. Please be ready for growth and willing to be radically honest with yourself.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Experience a vinyasa flow that integrates body, mind, and spirit
  • Receive journal prompts and guided visualizations for profound self-discovery
  • Learn somatic tools for releasing stored emotions and tension
  • Practice vocal activation and breathwork for energetic shifts

This workshop welcomes all levels—from curious beginners to seasoned practitioners. The only requirement is a willingness to meet yourself with honesty and compassion.

What to bring: Yoga mat, journal, pen, water bottle, and an open heart. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for fluid movement.
