Step into a day designed to awaken your truest self. Empowerment Amplified – Fearless and Free is a transformative retreat that invites participants to reconnect with their inner power, release self-limiting beliefs, and cultivate the courage to live with authenticity and purpose.

Through guided reflection, experiential workshops, mindful movement, and group dialogue, attendees will explore what it means to live fearlessly aligned with their values, voice, and vision. Together, we’ll create space for honest connection, personal insight, and renewed confidence in expressing who we truly are—without apology or restraint.

Participants will leave feeling grounded, inspired, and empowered to carry their authentic selves into every part of life—embracing freedom, joy, and wholehearted self-expression.

*Drum Circle: Participants will be guided by the facilitator through an in-the-moment experience intended to improve wellbeing, and foster connection with others. Rex will introduce instruments in a fashion that allows them to be played immediately with no previous experience needed. Rex will lead participants through a series of activities to increase comfort and safety with making music. The group will then engage in active music making designed for inclusion and harmony. Participants will be offered an opportunity to share their experience in the drum circle strengthening the community that was created.
