Rules & Guidelines

Before Arrival

• RSVP Required: Only registered guests will be admitted. Please confirm your attendance in advance. Please fill the attached form. Make sure your name matches with your Government provided ID. Please fill the form twice if you and your spouse is joining.
• Bring ID: A government-issued photo ID is required for all attendees.
• Arrival Time: Arrive at least 20 minutes early to allow time for check-in.

On-Site Conduct

• Check-In: All visitors must check in at the reception desk upon arrival to collect their visitor passes.
• Escort Policy: Visitors must be accompanied by a host employee at all times.
• Respect the Space: Please stay within designated event areas and avoid restricted zones.
• Dress Code: Business casual or event-appropriate attire is expected.

Security & Safety

• No Recording: Audio/video recording is not permitted unless explicitly authorized.
• Emergency Protocols: Follow staff instructions in case of emergency or evacuation.
• Health & Safety: If you feel unwell, please refrain from attending and notify your host.

Technology & Privacy

• Wi-Fi Access: Temporary guest Wi-Fi may be available; ask your host for details.
• Confidentiality: Do not share or disclose any sensitive information observed during your visit.
