Parts of Me is a trauma-informed creative expression workshop where we'll gently explore the different parts of our inner worlds, through collage and art. Somatic mental health practitioner, Lauren Rapp LCSW, will guide us through this experience, using her trauma-informed lens and expertise.

No art experience needed - just curiosity, care, and a willingness to connect with yourself in a new way.
