About this event

At the heart of student affairs is people—real, messy, brilliant, hopeful people. My breakout is about helping those people (especially students!) understand themselves and each other a little better. Because when we know how we’re wired—how we communicate, where we thrive, and where we crash—we lead better, connect better, and stay longer. Whether you’re mentoring new professionals or guiding students through the chaos of college life, this session offers simple, powerful tools to make your work more human, more joyful, and more effective.

Frequently asked questions

What is a mastermind?

A mastermind is group where participants support each other by sharing experiences, offering feedback, and helping solve problems together. The group’s collective wisdom is the primary value—not just the facilitator’s expertise.

What does the hour look like?

What if I have to miss one?
