Empowered Presence
Overview
Join Sara and Meghan for a transformative 3-hour women’s workshop designed to help you reconnect with your inner strength and authentic power. Through a thoughtful blend of yoga and meditation, embodied leadership practices, and therapeutic coaching, you’ll be guided to explore and embrace all the parts that make you who you are — the critic, the protector, the dreamer, the leader.
Together, we’ll explore how to:
• Ground into your body and cultivate presence through movement and breath
• Identify and honor the different “parts” of yourself with compassion
• Reframe limiting stories into sources of strength and wisdom
• Practice boundaries, voice, and self-expression in a supportive circle of women
This intimate experience includes a special welcome gift and nourishing snacks to enjoy throughout the workshop. It’s an opportunity to slow down, connect deeply, and remember your wholeness — leaving you with tools and insights you can carry into every part of your life.
