In today’s fast-moving world, we’re constantly pulled in many directions—obligations, expectations, and the fear of letting others down. We say “yes” too quickly and “no” too late, often at the cost of our own peace of mind. This lecture is an invitation to pause and ask: What do I truly want to say?
Empowered Choices offers practical tools based on Raja Yoga philosophy to help you make decisions from a place of clarity, not compulsion.
You’ll learn how to recognize the difference between a people-pleasing yes and a value-aligned yes.
And how to say “no” without guilt, anger, or regret—just with quiet strength and self-respect.
This isn’t about becoming selfish—it’s about becoming clear. We'll explore the inner patterns that keep us stuck in over-commitment, and how to shift them.
When your “yes” is true, it carries power.
When your “no” is respectful, it creates space.
You deserve both.
Join us for an evening of insight, practical wisdom, and the courage to choose yourself—peacefully.
Because the most spiritual decision is often the most honest one.
