Empowered Boundaries: A Journey to Self-Respect and Healthy Relationships

Join us for a transformative 3-week workshop designed to help you establish and maintain healthy boundaries.

May 6, 2025: Week 1: What Are Boundaries? Explore the different types of boundaries—physical, property, sexual, emotional-relational, intellectual, spiritual, and time. Learn to recognize boundary violations and understand the impact of consent. Through insightful exercises, you will visualize and understand your personal boundaries.

May 13, 2025: Week 2: Listening to Your Body Dive deeper into self-awareness and personal boundaries. Discuss attachment styles, intimacy, and coercive control. Engage in exercises that help you reflect on inner consequences and detect boundary problems, paving the way for healthier relationships.

May 20, 2025: Week 3: You Are Back in the Driver’s Seat! Take control by learning to mend and adjust your boundaries. Respect others' boundaries and handle the word "NO" with confidence.
