1pm-4pm you have access to the coworking space for the remainder of the day! Feel free to come and go as you please!

The Beauty Boost is a nationwide community for women to feel healthy, empowered, and beautiful. We put in events throughout the year like socials, empowerment workshops, retreats, and fitness samplers. This event (and 20+ others) is FREE for Year Pass holders. Grab yours HERE!

Frequency Coworking and Events is a women-founded coworking and event space located in Rancho Cordova, designed to foster creativity, connection, and collaboration. Every second Friday of the month they open their doors for Free Community Coworking Days which are all about a relaxed day for networking, working, and discovering local offerings!
