What can I expect for my child’s first Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class?

Your child will be welcomed by our friendly instructors and introduced to the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun, structured setting. We start with a warm-up, followed by beginner-friendly techniques focused on movement, balance, and coordination.

Does my child need any prior martial arts experience?

Not at all! Our classes are beginner-friendly and tailored to all experience levels. Every child starts at their own pace with full guidance from our certified instructors.

How does Jiu-Jitsu help with bullying?

We teach kids confidence, assertiveness, and how to respond to conflict without resorting to violence. It’s all about body language, verbal strategies, and self-control.
