Empower Others Through Recognition and Gratitude

Leaders at every level are the biggest determining factor of their team's willingness to go the extra mile. One way to empower each other is giving sincere recognition and showing gratitude.

In this workshop we will learn tools to give credible and effective recognition. We will investigate relationship centered leadership and how we can provide growth, remove obstacles and show we care.

Objectives of the workshop:

• How gratitude impacts employee engagement by giving people confidence so they go above and beyond, improve creativity, and feel empowered

• Introduce the recognition formula and explore opportunities to recognize where we wouldn’t have before.
