What does my ticket include?

Each ticket includes admission to the event, kid friendly light snacks and drinks, engaging kid friendly activities, and a live one-hour musical performance by Jim Gill.  Alcohol will be available for purchase separately at the bar at Urban Artifact.

What time will Jim Gill's performance start and end?

Jim Gill's live music and activities will begin promptly at 2:15pm.  Please be on time.  He will perform until approximately 3:15pm.

What age groups should consider this event?

Jim Gill's performances and events cater primarily to families with young children, specifically ages 0-5, with some events also including children up to age 7. His music and activities are designed to be engaging and educational for toddlers and preschoolers and their families.

Where should we park?

There will be free parking available at Urban Artifacts, at nearby Chase Elementary, and on the nearby streets.   Look for balloons/signs marking the parking areas.

Is the venue stroller accessible?

All entrances to the venue have stairs that will have to be navigated with the stroller.  For space considerations and the convenience of all families, please bring collapsible strollers that can be stored easily as they will not be permitted on the main floor.

May we bring our own snacks?

Yes, but please keep them to a minimum to avoid disruption and per the performers request no food before or during the live performance unless absolutely necessary. There will be light snacks and drinks at the event appropriate for young children and families directly after the one-hour concert.

Is there anything else we should bring?

You may want to bring a small blanket for your children/family to sit on during Jim Gill's performance.  His performance is intended to be engaging and interactive, which means there will be a lot of open space.  A limited number of chairs will be available so please plan accordingly.

No refunds will be provided once tickets are puchased.

Do I need a ticket to attend this event?

Yes, this is a ticketed event.  Please bring your ticket purchase confirmation with you to present at the time of entry into the event.

Is there a discount for multiple tickets?

Accepted Answer

No.   All adult tickets are priced at $25.00 and all children's tickets at $15.00.  We have intentionally kept the pricing affordable for all guests, so discounts are not offered.
