This interactive, hands-on workshop is designed for professionals, freelancers, and contractors who want to understand their rights, improve their applications, and secure meaningful opportunities.
In this bootcamp, you’ll learn to:
- Understand your employee rights in Armenia
- Read and review contracts confidently, spotting potential violations
- Build CVs, LinkedIn, and Staff.am profiles that get noticed
- Prepare for interviews, negotiate salaries, and understand probation periods
- Find job opportunities and know when you should apply.
- Network effectively online and in real life, using referral programs and Armenian cultural nuances
- Identify and showcase transferable skills, unpaid work, and university projects to impress employers

Eligibility and Selection
Repat Armenia’s trainings are designed to give you the tools you need to build your career and make an impact in Armenia.
This event is intended for repatriates who are currently looking for employment.
Please note that registering does not guarantee participation. Selected participants (15) will be contacted by phone after submitting their registration.

Unacceptable Behavior
- Harassment, discrimination, or offensive language.

- Unwanted physical contact or excessive alcohol use.
- Disregarding personal growth or failing to respect others' perspectives.
- Littering, damaging property, or showing disregard for nature and public spaces.
Reporting & Consequences
- Failing to attend the training sessions without a valid reason will result in being de-prioritised from future trainings and Armenian Language Courses.
- Report issues to organizers.
- Action may include warnings, removal, or banning.
- Reports are handled confidentially.
