Whether you’re starting from scratch or looking to bolster your current program, our hands-on workshop is designed to leave participants feeling confident in what it takes to start or enhance an internship program.
Throughout this workshop, you'll hear both the employer and university perspective on:
- The key components that make an internship program successful, from recruitment to evaluation.
- Five steps to developing a quality internship program
- The importance of mentorship and supervision
- Hiring international students

We will dive deep into your questions about the recruiting process, gaining support from leadership, and any other elements of interest.
This session is ideal for employers who are looking to create, enhance, or revamp their internship programs to attract top talent, foster a productive and engaging learning environment, and grow your talent pipeline. The ideal time to attend a training is three months prior to bringing an intern on board. Join us and Aquinas College for an insightful and interactive training designed to help businesses maximize the potential of their internship programs.
