The Rhode Island Temporary Disability Insurance (TDI) and Temporary Caregiver Insurance (TCI) programs will undergo significant changes to benefit provisions effective January 1, 2026. We invite you to attend a comprehensive seminar designed to provide Members with a detailed overview of the state’s TDI and TCI programs, two mandated wage-replacement benefits that support employees during periods of medical or caregiving needs.

This session will offer practical guidance and insights relevant to Human Resources professionals, benefits administrators, payroll, and finance teams. Topics will include eligibility criteria, interactions with other policies and federal regulations, and employer responsibilities.
