Speakers:

John Zollo is an ESOP and employee benefits law attorney at Barclay Damon, LLP. John has experience in all facets of ESOPs including ESOP transactions, compliance and fiduciary counseling. John has advised ESOP companies, plan trustees and selling shareholders throughout the country and has served as an ESOP transactional trustee. John is the outside legal advisor for OneAmerica’s ESOP services group.
Kathleen Weber is a corporate and tax law attorney at Barclay Damon, LLP. Kathleen has served as counsel to ESOPs and a tax advisor to business owners. Kathleen most recently advised an ESOP trustee in the purchase of 100% of the shares of a large general contracting firm.
James Moser is an ESOP and employee benefits law attorney at Seigfreid Bingham, P.C. He has extensive knowledge and experience involving qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, Section 409A compliance, fiduciary and ‎prohibited transaction rules under ERISA and plan-related issues with mergers and acquisitions. James was formerly the National ESOP Advisor for the U.S. Department of Labor in Washington, D.C. where he oversaw and coordinated the Department’s National ESOP Project.
