Welcome to the Emotional Resilience: Tools to Manage Stress and Improve Relationships group! This drop-in, clinician-led online group meets on Sundays from 6:30 - 7:30 pm for 8 weeks. The group teaches practical skills to help you navigate life's challenges with more ease. Participants will learn how to better manage intense emotions, tolerate distress in tough situations, and build healthier relationships, using tools from an evidence-based approach known as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
