Join Audrey Sheldon, for a short 10-15 minute monthly check-in to prepare the mind for class.

Audrey will guide participants through short and effective techniques to support the ability to stay grounded, focused, receptive, and ready to learn.

Taking time to breathe can support improved concentration and bring deep relaxation to our jam-packed busy days as students, professionals, and parents. With consistent use of techniques shared can offer long-term results that can be exponential.
