Join Crystal for an hour of an all levels yoga to the sound of Emo, Screamo and Pop Punk! Then stay to drink a beer (or two!) and mingle.

This will be all levels class held inside the Widowmaker Taproom in Brighton! We'll flow to a curated playlist to the sound of MCR, Paramore, Fall Out Boy and MORE! No props will be needed except a mat. It will start slow and build. Expect to Sweat, Deeply Stretch and Surrender into a Savasana.
