Embracing Your Soul’s Essence is a 4-hour workshop and masterful guide to your truest self. Through a simple, guided process and a fascinating series of colors and shapes, the most beautiful aspects of yourself will be revealed.

This uplifting process uses simple visualization and creative exploration to help you explore beyond a surface understanding of the self to better connect with the illuminated essence of your soul. No artistic ability is needed – we’re just going to have fun with this beautiful process. Light snacks and all materials are provided.

Following the Soul Essence portion of the workshop, we will then shift into time with The Channel, the illuminated collective Mary Hayes has devotedly voiced for nearly two decades. Each attendee will have the opportunity to ask one question and receive a respectful and inspired answer.

Mary Hayes is an accomplished intuitive counselor, direct channel, medium, artist, and educator with over 25 years of experience helping clients with life direction, soul connection, meaningful mentorship, and much more.
