Nearly six months after the Lapu Lapu tragedy, many are still on their healing journey.
Embracing Your Journey to Wholeness offers a gentle invitation to continue that process of restoration. Facilitated by Registered Clinical Counsellors Shirvin Lee and Arthur Tiojanco of Mango Mental Health, this workshop provides a supportive environment for reflection and growth.
Participants will be guided through practical tools and exercises designed to:
- Navigate difficult emotions with greater ease
- Cultivate deeper self-awareness
- Find grounding and presence during times of distress
The session is intended to help participants move through feelings of overwhelm while nurturing resilience and rediscovering a sense of wholeness.
Please note: There will be no photographs or video recordings of participants. General photos of the event space may be taken for social media, but participant faces will NOT be shown.
What to Bring
Comfortable clothing is recommended to support ease during the activities.
