Embracing the Menopausal Transition
Overview
Join Certified Herbalist, Analise Stein, for a heartfelt and illuminating class dedicated to one of life’s most profound hormonal transitions. Together, we’ll explore the emotional and physical landscape of perimenopause and menopause—times of deep wisdom, transformation, and renewal. This class will gently guide you through the key signs and symptoms that often accompany these stages, offering both clarity and compassion. Analise will share strategic botanical allies, nourishing lifestyle therapeutics, and thoughtful supplemental recommendations to support the body and spirit through hormonal shifts. Through the lens of Eastern herbal energetics and whole-body vitality, you’ll discover how this life passage can be not just manageable, but empowering, grounded, and symptom-free. With the right support, menopause becomes not an ending, but a powerful initiation into a new, cyclical rhythm of life. You’ll leave this class with an educational handout and a deeper connection to the wild intelligence of your body.
