Frequently asked questions

Where will I park?

For large parking lot. turn right off of Sidney Avenue. You will see a banner for the event on the pillars of E.S. French building. For other parking, go a bit further, turn right off of Sidney Ave. on Landrum Lane. Turn right again on Northeastern Way to park on the east side of E.S. French.

How is the day organized?

On site registration begins at 9 A.M. 9:45 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. visit vendors and socialize. Three concurrent sessions occur 10:30 A.M.-11:30 A.M. and 1 P.M.- 2:00 P.M. A ticketed, pick up, lunch will be served between 11:30 A.M. and 12:30 P.M. Visit with vendors until wrap up at 3 P.M.

Will I be able to attend all presentations?

We will feature presentations in three locations during the morning time slot and the same during the afternoon time slot. There will be space limits in the presentation rooms. During the day you may attend two of the three options, if you attend both morning and afternoon sessions.

What if my first choice presentation is full in the morning?

The same presentation will occur in the afternoon. We suggest you go to that room a bit early to find a seat in that session.
