Mindfulness Meditation
This weekly session is an ongoing opportunity to prepare for or integrate expanded states. The practices offered focus on developing present-moment awareness in normal waking consciousness. This month, we will primarily work with gathering attention through the breath and body. I’ll offer guidance on how to meet what arises with patience, compassion, and gentleness.
