Forms and elements that we will play and explore within include:
-Guided Meditations, Yoga Nidra and Reiki to align your energies into the present moment and relax your nervous system
-A Sacred Cacao Ceremony to open and awaken your senses, and set your intentions
-Vinyasa Yoga Flow including mudras and pranayama (breathwork) to open your energetic channels, stretch and relax your body, increase your awareness of how energy flows within you, and strengthen your inner resolve
-Conscious, Contemplative Dance, Movement, and Vocal exploration, a la Ecstatic Dance, but with a meditative focus
-A Shamanic Journey with Live Drumming to meet your Power Animal, Connect with your Ancestors, and bring in Divine Wisdom and Guidance.
-An Anointing Activation Ritual with Reiki and Sacred Essential Oils
-Closing Circle with Community Sharing and Celebration
**Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.
-Please also bring a light and healthy dish to share for our potluck lunch. Preferably plant-based and gluten free. (no meat)
-Also please bring: a yoga mat (mats are available at the Center) and any other yoga props you like, a meditation cushion or bolster (if you have one, or something along those lines), a blanket, a pillow, an eye-pillow, a journal, a pen, and a water bottle. Feel free to bring any special/sacred objects that you would like to add to our community altar such as flowers, crystals, sacred geometries, oracle cards, mesa, etc. It will be a collective creation including the energetic contribution of everyone who is present at the event.
-We recommend that you plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early in order to check in, sign a waiver, and get settled in the space.
