Introducing a new in-person weekly Sunday-funday meet up in Austin with your host, Camille Pond, who leads a small business called Essence Within that focuses on spiritual development, breathwork healing, energy work, & more.

Show up in person for a liberating and healing experience where you will be guided through a 30-min breathwork session, that leads to a cold plunge immersion, and will end with a group huddle to close out the session and container. Moving energy is an incredible way to release old versions of ourselves to step more into our divine essence and soul potential. This is a safe and sacred space to tap deeper into your healing journey. If you have any questions, feel free to message me over Eventbrite or by DMing me over on IG.

Frequently asked questions

Is breathwork hard?

I will be leading you through a beginner-intermediate circular breathwork practice. This is also known as the wim hof method. After each round, we hold at the bottom for 60-90 seconds and then breath in and hold at the top of the breath for 15 seconds. Please do your best and go at your own pace.

What happens during a breathwork session?

You can experience tingling sensations and a slightly numbing feeling. This is extremely common, and a natural response during the breathwork session. Emotions may arise, such as crying, etc. Let whatever needs to arise, arise. That is all part of the process!

How cold will the cold plunge water be?

I will have the water set at about 50 degrees. Depending on your experience with cold plunging, I have you only sit in there for 1 minute. People with experience I will have them in there for up to 3 minutes.

What are potential risks of cold plunging?

The risks included from cold plunging can be frostbite and hypothermia, irregular breathing that doesn't calm down, lightheadedness or dizziness, or chest discomfort. If any of these sensations arise, we will get you out of the water. The temp will only be set to low 50s.
