I won’t record the full event to maintain a comfortable space for sharing, but I will record the somatic practice sessions and share them with all registrants to practice after the session.

It’s especially supportive for those in caregiving, healing, and activist roles—such as social workers, therapists, teachers, and community organizers—

What can I expect during the workshop?

The workshop will be interactive and experiential. You’ll be guided through somatic practices, gentle movement, breathwork, and reflection exercises designed to support nervous system regulation and self-connection. There will also be space for optional sharing and discussion.

What should I bring?

You may want to have a yoga mat, a comfortable place to sit or lie down, a journal, and water. Feel free to bring anything else that supports your comfort, such as a blanket or cushion.

Yes. The workshop is designed with a trauma-informed approach, meaning that all practices are invitational, adaptable, and centered on personal choice and agency. You are always encouraged to listen to your body and do what feels right for you.
