About this event

Family & Education • Children & Youth

Join us for a day of rest, learning, and connection. This retreat is specifically designed for parents, grandparents, and those who work with children in any capacity. You’ll discover your unique sensory profile through a tool developed by occupational therapist, Marti Smith; practice specific emotional regulation strategies that work for your unique profile; and expand your capacity to care for yourself and your children. With an extended lunch break and time to relax and explore Rising Fawn Gardens, the goal is for you to leave with increased capacity that allows you to step back into your caregiving role with insight and rejuvenation.
