Held inside our celestial sound studio, attendees will recline on luxurious 4-inch memory foam mattresses, cocooned in comfort, as you are bathed in the powerful resonance of six planetary gongs, alchemy crystal singing bowls, and rhythmic healing drums.

We begin with mindful somatic yoga and a guided meditation rooted in Polyvagal Theory, gently reawakening safety and connection within the body. This sets the stage for the vibrational portion of the evening, where carefully curated sound frequencies will guide you through states of release, regulation, and reconnection.

As you arrive, you'll be welcomed with a nervine herbal tea, thoughtfully chosen to soothe and support the emotional body. Sip slowly, settle in, and let the ceremony begin.
