Through simple movement, intentional breathwork, and a short guided meditation, you’ll be invited to release what you’re carrying and reconnect with yourself.
For those on a recovery path, I intentionally bring in somatic work, as I work with individuals holistically. I believe there is more than just "talking" about our pain and struggles. Through breath, movement, meditation and the like, we can access deeper places within to move stuck energy so we might come into greater personal awareness and wholeness.
