A return to the body — through sensation, sound, and stillness.
Embodied Pause is a 75-minute restorative experience offered to support reconnection and presence. This offering invites you to slow down, rest in community, and meet yourself with care.
We'll begin with a guided somatic practice to awaken the senses and connect with the body. From there, you’ll be guided into stillness through an intentional sound bath using crystal singing bowls, drum, chimes, and vocal tones — crafted to create space for rest, reflection, and feeling.
This is a space to soften. To feel. To be held — by your body, by sound, and by the collective field of rest.

This is for anyone longing to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and rest in a supportive space. You might be drawn to this experience if you:
- Feel overstimulated, tired, or disconnected from your body
- Are craving rest, reflection, or inner stillness
- Want to explore sound and somatic practice in an inviting, accessible way
- Are navigating transition, grief, or emotional overwhelm
- Simply want to be in community, without needing to do anything
No prior experience is needed — just come as you are.
🪷 what to bring
Please bring anything that helps you feel cozy and supported while resting — blankets, pillows, soft layers, and an eye cover if you'd like. The more comfort, the better.
The studio has a few props available, but we recommend bringing your favorite items so you can feel as comfortable and cared for as possible.
🌿 arrival details
Doors open 15 minutes before the event begins. Please arrive early to park, settle in, and create your cozy nest. Doors will close (and lock) promptly at start time to preserve the container — thank you for honoring the space.

Not at all! This offering is open to all — no prior experience with sound baths, yoga, or meditation is needed. Just come cozy and curious.
