Yes! While the content is geared toward those with a regular practice, you don’t need to be a teacher. All curious and committed movers are welcome.

Yes, the in-person workshop takes place at Inner Wellness Studio, Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. Directions will be sent upon registration. LIVE online access is also available to those who wish to attend on ZOOM!
