ABOUT KRISTIN
Kristin has been a strong presence in the Pacific Northwest Kundalini community for many years. She has been a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher since 2013 and has worked as a support trainer for Guru Gayatri from 2014 until 2020. Kristin teaches a Kriya yoga class in Seattle that was started in the early 90s and continues to this day. Her life and action are informed and elevated with a strong Native Hawaiian spiritual practice; Ho`omana, deep Vipassana meditation, Ancestral Medicine & healing, and other energetic healing modalities.
