About the Workshop
Step into a space where movement becomes a language for discovery, care, and transformation. Through embodied movements and guided explorations, we will listen to our bodies, expand our ways of being, and move beyond the boundaries that confine us.
This workshop invites you to reconnect with your own rhythms, move freely, and rethink the notions of masculinity and femininity. Together, we will create a supportive space where there are no judgement and all expressions are welcome.
No prior dance experience is needed — only a willingness to explore and be present.

This is your chance to experiment, play, and discover new creative possibilities. Led by UAL students, staff, and alumni, these workshops will guide you through hands-on activities, including zine-making, collective painting, body movement, creative writing, and more.
