When you arrive, please park outside in the Soulspace Barn carpark and make your way to the main entrance.
Our team will be there to greet you, and nourish you with a welcome drink.
The retreat officially kicks off with our welcome circle and first session at 10:15 am on the day. Please try to arrive with enough time to settle in before then.
What to Bring:
To help you prepare, here's a quick reminder of what we recommend bringing:
* Comfortable clothing for movement and relaxation (layers are always good!).
* A reusable water bottle (we'll have plenty of filtered water available).
* Your own yoga mat if you prefer, though we'll have some available.
*Any personal medications you may need.
* An open heart and mind!
What to Expect Throughout the day, you'll experience a beautiful blend of:
*Contact Improvsation Dance sessions: Free-form movement to liberate your body and spirit led by a graduate from London Contemporary Dance School.
* Rejuvenating Yoga Vinyasa: Designed for all levels, focusing on intuitive movement, breath, and flow.
* Delicious and nourishing fire-side feast: Vegetarian, and vegan options available. Please specify if you have any allergies or dietary requirements.
* Clay art class led by a London based Art facilitator.
*Uplifting ecstatic dance party.
This is your time to disconnect from the everyday and reconnect with yourself. We encourage you to fully immerse yourself in the experience, listen to your body, and allow yourself to be present.
