The Embodied Entrepreneur Immersion invites heart-centered, soul-led women entrepreneurs to reflect, connect, and clarify their next chapter. Through guided reflection, collaborative round-table conversations, embodiment practices, meditation, deep rest, and integration you’ll extract the key lessons from 2025, reconnect with your purpose, and turn your insights into inspired action for 2026.

In this immersion, we will explore:

• Reflective practices to close out 2025 with clarity and intention
• Collaborative round-table conversations for real-world insight and support
• Embodiment tools — cleansing breathwork, somatic yoga, feminine embodiment, and kundalini meditation
• Guided integration to turn your insights into inspired, actionable steps for 2026

Through guided reflection and rich conversation, you’ll extract the key lessons from this year, lovingly close the chapters that are complete, and begin clarifying your vision for 2026. You’ll gain practical insights and honest reflections from fellow entrepreneurs in all stages of growth — the kind of real-world wisdom that only emerges in supportive, heart-centered collaboration.

To balance the doing with the being, our time together includes grounding meditation, cleansing breathwork, and gentle somatic yoga — practices to calm your nervous system, open your body, and help you receive what you’re calling in. Through movement, breath, and deep rest, you’ll integrate your insights and embody your intentions — softening into the feminine way of leading, creating, and becoming.

You’ll leave feeling clear, aligned, and resourced — with a renewed connection to your purpose and tangible next steps for the year ahead.

Kate Leist is the founder and owner of Spirit Rebel Collective—a wellness studio and community space—and SHE Tahoe, a network for soul-led, heart-centered women entrepreneurs. She is passionate about empowering women through connection, community, and shared growth. As a yoga teacher, women’s circle facilitator, studio owner, and soulpreneur with over twelve years of experience. Kate creates sacred spaces where women feel held, seen, and supported as the journey home to themselves. Her work blends yoga, meditation, feminine embodiment, ceremony, and entrepreneurial mentorship—reminding women of the importance of rest and receptivity as the foundation for aligned, inspired action. Known for her nurturing presence and intuitive guidance, Kate helps others feel calm, grounded, and seen while empowering them to move beyond limitation and step fully into their purpose, passion, and power. Charlotte Lilley is the founder of The Retreat Co, a women-led adventure company creating empowering experiences in nature for women who can’t sit still. A lifelong skier and former tech marketer, Charlotte turned her love of the mountains and community into a thriving business that hosts ski, camp, and work retreats across the country.
