Overview
You are invited to a transformative day of therapeutic constellations. Identify and release old patterns that are holding you back.
In a constellation day workshop there will be 6 places and 3 constellations held. The constellations will offer you the opportunity to embody your parts, exploring and healing your internal family system. This can release unresolved trauma and release old patterns of behaviour, so you are able to move forward in your life in greater alignment.
